Do I need to know how to code?+
No. Claude Code writes the code — you describe what you want in plain English. In the 60-minute training we teach you how to describe things effectively. Most clients are shipping working tools within the first afternoon.
What can I actually build with this?+
Internal tools, automations, reports, dashboards, data cleaning, email drafting, proposal generation, client portals, onboarding flows — anything that runs on your computer or connects to tools you already use. Not consumer-facing products (that's a different project).
How much does it cost to run after setup?+
You'll need a Claude subscription directly from Anthropic — about $20/month for the Max plan covers most small-business use. Power users pay $100–200/month. We help you pick the right plan on our first call. No ongoing fees from us after the setup is done.
Is my business data safe?+
Yes. Claude Code runs on your laptop, through your own Anthropic account. Your files, your credentials, your data — all stay on your machine. We don't store anything after handoff. Anthropic's zero-data-retention policy applies to API usage.
How fast, really?+
Five days from scoping call to working setup. The total time you spend with us: about 90 minutes (30-min call + 60-min training). The rest is us building in the background.
What if it doesn't work for my business?+
We'll tell you on the free scoping call if it won't help — no setup, no charge. After setup, if you can't use it to do something useful for your business, we refund. We've never had to, but it's there.
Is this just ChatGPT with a new name?+
No. ChatGPT chats. Claude Code actually writes, tests, and runs code on your machine — it can read your files, connect to your tools, run scripts, and change things. That's what makes it useful for business work, not just Q&A.
What if I want bigger automations later?+
Small tweaks are covered by the 2 weeks of support. For bigger projects — fully automated workflows, integrations that run without you — that's our AI Integration service, quoted separately. Most clients don't need it: once Claude Code is set up, you build your own stuff.
